High End Highrises

LPM Apartments will have an official opening on Sept. 17.
This eye-catching building is a place where you can live if you have $1900 to $4800 per month for rent.

Assignment: Produce a report on the changing face of Minneapolis with attention to the city’s goal of increasing the number of folks who live downtown. Who are the people moving downtown? What effort, if any, is being made to attract middle and low income people to the downtown community?

    1. I’d love to have you do this Elisabeth. Obviously it’s too late to attend the September 17th opening of the LPM tower, but there are plenty of people to talk to on this topic. Let’s set a deadline for two weeks from now – October 17. Shoot for 5 to 6 minutes.
